• add ADR 0024 defining GFDR as a permanent, authoritative, versioned graph-format exception
• record the exact GFDR magic, run/record/schema v1 markers, JSON GraphDeltaPayload, typed IrLiteral encoding, and migration debt
• define compiled ontology Parquet as checksum-bound derived runtime persistence, with CURRENT-selected canonical ontology JSON as durable authority
• align storage and project-compatibility documentation, including the exact eight persisted runtime tables
• publish the ADR through both indexes and the docs-site sync/sidebar
