Change and mathematical scope

Audit, no new κ. This is an independent scientific review and source-bound replay of #6144 (DreamingOfClouds, conditional κ 0.003128386) and #6167 (Ali Romman, conditional κ 0.003128645). These are the two unadmitted conditional P104 words above the selected 0.003125804. The intake ledger records both as partially_reviewed, with "independent scientific review and source-bound replay remain open".

Result: no error found. For both words the package runs the layers that the PR6030 admission review used, and every one reproduces the authors' claims:

Own 80-digit decimal funding	Crossings (0.00312839320327, …328) and (0.00312865201590, …591) equal the author intervals. Tested savings are positive, tail ratios hold, the root is unique on [0, .0034] and the compiler-threshold integers check. Each predecessor invoice fails at the successor claim

The authors' own verifiers were also rerun on hosted Linux (Python 3.12.3) and both pass.

Remaining obligations: the five inherited framework assumptions. As in the PR6030 audits, the 54 strict and 4 functional outer conditions are computed only by the authors' chain.

Task and overlap

The task card is supplier-boundary-audit (priority revision 8), and the scope is refined to delta coverage of the two newest P104 candidates. Base: canonical main a5bff3bf133e482541c09eba4e773884bdb2b1b7. Exact heads: #6144 5ec9b6da, #6167 564a076b. This PR extends #5960 (PR5827/PR5907) and research/p104-6030-independent-audit, and nothing else audits these two words. #6154 and #6169 were also checked against #6167. Neither changes the paid profile or κ, and the PR6167 schedule still replays exactly on top of each of them.

Open next questions

Can the outer conditions be recomputed without PR5827's pricing.py? The first step is to write each complete_cost.outer margin as an exact rational at κ = 625729/200000000. The PR6167 author's own open question also stands: can reader 497 avoid its stop at frame 520?
