Closes the specific checking gap in PR #5955 open question 2: independently derive the 3,552 MAIN-bank target ranks in each PR #5679/#5708 inventory from its retained controller. Every target matches; no discrepancy was found.

The checker reconstructs all 154 controller events and both boundary programs without importing predecessor code. It evaluates the 127 address-coordinate columns, then checks each target's bank, port, owner, operator and rank against the invoice. Under the retained orthogonal-block model, the ranks are 15, 22, 29, 36, 43, 50 and 57 (444 targets each), plus 64 and 127 (222 each).

Verification at 49d91bc8fadb6b631059c576a4cb2120c40c189a:

  • Registered normal and optimized checks pass on native Windows Python 3.12.15; 15 controls reject altered sources, controller endpoints, descriptors and invoices.

  • Committed-byte/source-history checks and official export integrity pass. Both modes pass in a fresh read-only Git-free export with unchanged input bytes.

  • Hosted CI passed at this exact head: both planning and the registered scientific replay succeeded.

Reproduce: python3.12 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/g20-main-target-ranks.

This verifies the formal endpoint and address-projector ranks. It does not independently establish their physical native implementation, global caller, paid costs or BIT/outer admission. The five framework assumptions remain; no new multiplication bound is claimed. The package README contains the scoped proof and remaining question; SOURCES.json retains exact source pins.

Credit Matarener for the review and question; Ali Romman, Dugongue, ai-nanachi and the retained controller/native lineage for the constructions; JoyboyBrian for adjacent owner-binding work. New audit by Dennis / antunishdPursuit with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, Apache-2.0. Scope, overlap check and handoff.
