Retained source notice from PR #5798 (the following credits describe predecessor work):

New G20 global boundary checker, rational port certificates and proof:
Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. No subagents. Apache-2.0.

The construction is PR5708, building on PR5679, Dugongue PR5657/5665 and
ai-nanachi PR5512. The local all-address proof is PR5782. Their complete source
attribution and limitations remain in source/PROOF.md, source/NATIVE-README.md,
source/NATIVE-PROOF.md and source/NOTICE-*.md. The controller, native involution,
helper retirement/split, query accounting and positive finite-fee schema are
source contributions. This package claims the separate global boundary audit
and explicit port/interface witnesses, not those constructions.

Named ROW/P2 contract and earlier schedule: JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Retain ai-nanachi, Chris R/Clear1nsight, rohanarun, Maxime Fleury, Cinna Davis, zxv, Jacob Alan Sussman, Mark/Matarener and the native/E8/ordinary/ROW/routing/precision/tape lineage in the pinned ROW-generator README.

New finite dyadic words and certificate: ToikY with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, using separate primary, independent-oracle and read-only proof/review contexts. Apache-2.0. No predecessor construction, physical ABI implementation or complete supplier admission is claimed.
