This scoped negative result excludes the constant-loss star query frame at every odd leaf count g>=3, every coupled port rank, and every call order in the declared characteristic-two model. Coupling ports cannot repair this frame. Complete kappa is unchanged. A 2050-call relaxed profile passes the complete PR5599 price screen at saving 1/320, but this theorem prevents its required operator.

Proof, exact result, source pins, and independent certificate checker are pinned to 67f12b6bef1e25f649bd62edae36cd144fe19899.

The new step reduces any length to three good stages and four connector queries. All 75,600 relative order types have explicit identities in a free noncommutative algebra: 72,020 have degree at most two, and 3,580 have degree at most three. Each identity expands to 1 from equations that a caller would have to satisfy. Evaluation in matrices proves the exclusion at every dimension; this is not a finite matrix-size census. The largest witness has 77 terms, and the complete compressed certificate is 108,057 bytes. The checker does not import the discovery code or use a solver.

The contract fixes the grouped star query maps and four complementary connector queries. Every compatible coupled split of each full-rank good stage is allowed. Other query frames, connector maps, interleaved additional queries, nonfull stage ranks, noninvolutive stages, helper feedback and general complex/dyadic callers remain outside the theorem. No native admission or reduction from arbitrary complex programs is claimed.

Verification uses Python 3.12 and the standard library:

python3.12 scripts/research_package.py --package research/longer-coupled-port-caller
python3.12 -I -O -B research/longer-coupled-port-caller/verify.py

Expected result: PASS_ALL_ORDER_COUPLED_STAR_EXCLUSION, followed by PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE for the registered command. Normal and optimized local replays pass and match byte for byte. Checks include 24 coupled frames, 96 literal mixed coefficients, 206 symbolic matrix blocks, 432 three-leaf restrictions, a genuine one-leaf full word, 1,365 parity controls and corrupted-witness/query controls. Committed-byte and export inventory checks pass. The read-only, Git-free optimized export passes with PATH=/nonexistent and matches the result byte for byte. A changed invoice is rejected before computation and is then restored. Native replay, proof-assistant verification and independent human review are not part of this claim.

Hosted CI run 40258944381 stops in the shared planner on two selected-record navigation tests: the Current CI section lacks the new review and source-manifest links. The package replay job is skipped. This is the upstream main navigation failure reported in Discussion1200; the local and Git-free passes above are separate evidence.

The branch starts at canonical main 6cf7a683f447b9f1e2333791907fd92be5009a63. The refresh at df0137efd35e11b4445734bf612bdd4c7ebc330c moved the selected result upstream to .00310045 without changing the priority or working instructions. This PR does not edit the selected record.

Material predecessors are PR #5617 at 6c088037e13b87faf7cfe3233c53d0ae51850dd8 for the rank/intersection cuts, PR #5631 at 533a5f463e89e6fb74287ffe93c815fe83da10bb for the star frame and mixed chronology equation, and PR #5599 at 09dd0965711ca7eeb169057a420abab1c9052137 for the complete local bill. Credit Cinna Davis / 1337isnot1337 for the controller and simplex lineage, and all retained P104, helper, native, compiler and outer-framework authors. Free-algebra identities and linear algebra are standard tools; the coupled-frame reduction and its all-order certificates are the new application.

Canonical investigation. Prepared for Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. Apache-2.0. The saved discovery programs and exact proof format support a next search with a different frame or connector contract.
