Thanks. I'll get that fixed. Cheers for the review 👍 |

Change and mathematical scope
This package records a conditional compiler-feasibility target at$C=.0033$ and $C=.0033000005$ . It keeps PR #5565's paid invoice fixed and hypothetically replaces 145 distinct original rank-nine helper targets per FULL by independent rank-four/rank-five targets, with no additional paid jobs. The complete hypothetical bill is 66726 paid jobs, 15424 targets and rank surplus 760. No physical 145-split word or new kappa is supplied.
Applying the credited weighted-Jensen inequality to the existing rank-one-tail endpoint gives a useful sufficient criterion. With rank-mass weights$w_r=p_r r/P_1$ and $\mu=\sum_r w_r\ln r$ , $\ln(c)>\mu$ implies $\gamma_C<\alpha$ ; if $bB\le P_1$ , $\delta\le\gamma_C$ . The fixed-offset application includes the explicit correction at the diagnostic point, where $u>C$ .
The one fixed tuple is cutoff 12, floor 13,$u=.0033000005$ , $\rho=.99985$ , tensor power 32768, reserve 1e-6, $\theta=39/40$ and logarithm power 22000. At the tested point:
This changes the earlier fixed 17/18 completion contract. Its scoped obstruction remains valid. Jensen's theorem, the rank-one-tail endpoint and the generic compiler are credited reuse; the contribution is the transparent criterion, source-bound numerical application and reproducible obligation boundary.
Task and overlap
Task
scalar-to-moment, scope changed to a hypothetical numerical compiler benchmark before construction. Scientific source: PR #5565 head9af814164b9dfc21f19ec737959d67cb71488c95. Parent credits are removed exactly; produced children and current 13/historical 15 splits receive no additional credit.INVOICE.jsoncontains every local, query, idle and main-target coefficient. The contribution uses available canonical ancestor
32890bc5de034ab8fc93ac88ead7279a6a416d04; this is distinct from the latest observed main6cf7a683f447b9f1e2333791907fd92be5009a63. The bounded 22:33 source snapshot has unchanged guidance and selected kappa .003027288235, and records the different PR #5612 word atfaa9f6dbe6b8cc4a996d3edeca71823056453e1a, author conditional kappa .00310299. No automatic source or target transfer is claimed. The prepublication check found no competing 145-split/c12-b13/Jensen parameter claim. Active physical cut-capacity, basis and composition work remains with its authors; this package asserts no physical capacity or available bank. Earlier PR #5592/PR #5596/PR #5597 merges were for archive only, partially reviewed, without scientific or selected-frontier admission.
Validation
Original frozen normal/-O qualification: 2.8162 s, sampled peak 46,694,400 bytes; all 24 strength-labelled controls reject and every scientific output byte agrees. Result SHA256:
938f8b2fbbf60da5cccf257f47dd88c06aae7ad09c4fa8a2d87470b35a8797e2.Portable metadata and six custody controls pass. Registered normal/-O replay passed in 3.5233 s, sampled peak 78,508,032 bytes. A relocated read-only Git-free optimized export with path spaces and empty PATH passed in 1.7114 s, sampled peak 51,224,576 bytes; all 54 exported files remain unchanged. Exact 53-file committed-byte/source-history checks pass at published fork commit

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p104-jensen-compiler-benchmark.The qualified positive-C interval engine is unchanged. Rational transport avoids negative-C calls; the outward 1e-320 mesh preserves tiny capacity bounds. Original request, checker, engine, proof sources, root acceptance, receipts and independent static review are preserved. No independent numerical implementation, human review or formal acceptance is claimed.

The missing premise is an actual compatible construction of 145 independent target splits, including new input roles and legal native/whole-job/product/owned semantics. Splitting a paid operator on one owner does not create that target credit. Actual scalar, basis, movement, normalization, growth, denominators, expanded U/R/W/P/G, precision, storage, tape, stock and applicable BIT/outer obligations remain open. No old 1000/1100 ordinary cap transfers. No physical search, source retarget or funded kappa follows automatically from this numerical benchmark.
