Its rank-two productive target is debited; the independent rank-seven successor and all other targets remain. The complete local moment improves by 2 - 2^t > 0 for every 0 < t < 1.

The full 18-call invoice removes 36 H1 paid jobs and 18 H2 targets. It has 66,816 paid jobs, 13,066 independent productive fields and rank surplus 760.
