Two owned P104 deliveries can be replaced by a shared dirty public relay. Explicit invertible input preconditioning and late full-frame cleanup preserve every arbitrary input. Removing an unused intermediate frame on public field 148 gives local paid delta
H6-H1-H2-H3, with unchanged productive targets, eight owned lifetimes and owned peak one.The complete certificate supports conditional kappa 0.00308326, a gain of 0.00000137 over #5580. Its raw crossing lies in (0.00308326461942, 0.00308326461943). The bill has 66,816 paid jobs, 12,814 productive targets and 25,167 local events. The selected frontier is untouched.
Concurrent #5565 (0.00308520) and #5599 (0.00309839) have stronger claimed endpoints. This PR isolates a different mechanism and does not claim the best pending endpoint. Composition requires a separately checked combined word and invoice.

Validation passed: all 743 arbitrary-input rows, dense transpose, 2,918 signed native maps, physical caller, two rational interval engines, compiler, 58 outer predicates and five rejection controls. Registered normal and optimized checks, committed-byte/source-history checks and a Git-free read-only export pass. Three independently tasked Codex agents checked the construction and corrections. No independent human or proof-kernel acceptance is claimed.
The five inherited framework assumptions and source helper-endpoint contract remain. The complete rounded multiplier and huge uniform word are not materialized. The fixed-invoice ceiling and headroom are documented.

Next: independently review the correction and inherited contracts, and combine with productive target splits or changed contacts while rechecking the complete construction.
