The planner requires Git-tracked repo-relative inputs; "MANIFEST.json" broke the onboarding tests (test_research_matrix_batches) for every PR based on current main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Since #5466,
research/wordram-ntt-kernel/VERIFY.jsondeclares the input"MANIFEST.json". The CI planner (scripts/research_package.py→require_tracked_input) needs an exact Git-tracked repo path, so the onboarding teststest_research_matrix_batches(test_grouped_cli_output_keeps_total_package_count,test_nested_workflow_change_selects_every_registered_package) now fail on the plan job of every new PR (e.g. #5553, #5556).One-line fix:
