Closes the actual helper462/frame506 whole-array cell0 carry layer without its two completed OLD adapters. Exact source columns make the carry0/1 forward and0 inverse; the implementation reuses PR3343 bounded rotation geometry and joins the real cache selector to literal finite control. It pays for nested suffix construction, markerless contiguous-T fiber staging, global append, same-owner installation and cleanup, while preserving the old cache and retaining low0 outputs.

The proof gives transition/visited-space bounds for the complete layer, and an explicit signed replacement invoice. No universal speed gain, changed selected recursive profile, full LOW route, supplier or kappa is claimed. Remaining high/carry/low-commit composition and backing/P3 obligations stay explicit.

Validation:40 complete-array fixtures in two interpreters (668689 transitions),3 literal actual-T initializers,7 rejecting controls, and a default f4/D1024 compiler control. Actual-depth64/256 runtime checks use Q1 and are explicitly structural, not full odd-q GL8 execution. Normal/optimized registered and read-only Git-free replay, source-history/committed-byte and18-file explicit-input export checks pass. Independent AI peer review corrected compiler recursion and retained bucket maxima; no independent human/formal acceptance.

Credit Tekalign/PR3343, Jose Manuel/PR2915, David Arias/PR2776, PR5332/5487 and retained BIT/ROW lineage. Prepared by JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.
