The pinned residual compiler still enumerates every Cursor block before retaining the compressed itinerary. This package replaces that exact inner source subtree with direct BlockRun emission, preserving factory argument order, original Residual identities, every indexed operation and suspended continuation PC.
The scoped proof uses immutable plans during compilation. Each distinct plan is indexed once; failing sentinels verify that direct compilation invokes neither Cursor nor repeated plan validation. Optional append observers use the original enumerating path. Outer LOW/factory loops and runtime mutation scans remain unchanged.
Validation: six actual source schedules, 123 independent grammar cases, eight semantic controls, registered normal/optimized replay, Git-free empty-PATH replay, fail-closed source/receipt controls, source-history preflight and explicit-base export. The separately budgeted two-level physical comparison matches payload, counters and four nonzero saved/restored PCs. This is a scoped compiler refinement, not selected-loader admission, full production compilation, tape savings or a new kappa.
Canonical investigation: #2319 (comment)
JoyboyBrian, with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Retains Jose Manuel's source compiler and runtime, Kewin Talaga's source bridge, correspondence/lifetime work by Nick Petalas and other retained authors, and PR4791's unchanged itinerary index.
