The physical complex controller's fixed-q low-code compiler still trial-divided through q*=213·2^80+1 and scanned the field alphabet at each matrix coordinate. This implements exact closed-form prefix counts and inverse interval selection while executing the original Constraints and mixed-radix methods unchanged. The written all-size proof preserves every GL code/request/view tag and gives a conservative polynomial bit-work and storage bound for offline compilation. The existing PR2234 witness7 certificate is reused for prime admission.

Validation compares all48 GL2(F3),480 GL2(F5),11,232 GL3(F3) matrices and complete small-prefix intervals. Actual q*GL64 endpoint/dense cases and unchanged Catalogue.low_classes/compile_route source definitions pass; a rank/unrank pair uses8,192 coordinate visits, with field-sized old loop counts recorded separately. Normal/optimized runs, Git-free replay, source/archive/typed-receipt corruption controls, exact source-history/byte preflight and a23-file declared-input export pass. Independent AI review additionally checked9,688 interval cases.

This closes a necessary finite-compilation prerequisite, not the complete production factory or runtime tape implementation. Eager outer macro materialization, full selected payload, chart admission and multiplication obligations remain. No recursive invoice or selected frontier changes. Attribution and original archive notices retain Jose Manuel, PR2234 and the full physical caller lineage. JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no human or formal-kernel verification claimed.
