The actual paid frame loop29→0→2→341→29 is ideal identity but the existing P104 integer-lifting core through phase-exact native adapters sends e1 to i e1+e10+e39. Every child inverse and literal reversed loop restore exactly. Scaling by h=2^-g proves nonzero exact graph holonomy at every dyadic grid precision.

The package pins exact predecessor source bytes and authenticates them before execution. PROOF.md states the quantified scope, complete diagnostic/resource boundary, and open next questions. RESULT.json is checked as typed JSON; source, receipt, numeric-type and scientific faults have normal and optimized controls.

Validation: registered Python3.12 replay; normal/-O exact science; isolated authentication and receipt mutations; committed-byte/source-history preflight; official export inventory; read-only Git-free replay of the complete manifest with unchanged bytes.

Scope: Width1 refutes an all-positive-width interface; failure at every width is not claimed. The diagnostic composes actual paid graph edges across roles; it is not a chronological supplier subword or a proof that the complete rounded supplier fails. The theorem concerns a fixed-grid integer-coordinate kernel realization, not every dynamic precision policy or differently coherent rounding method. The core is a direct scalar reference, not a recursively cheap Gaussian oracle. Error/internal bounds and diagnostic operations are priced; complete caller tariff, additivity, cleanup and kappa remain unclaimed.
