Closes the explicit three-contribution follow-up from Discussion4999 for a different first-order-feasible eight-call pattern: two J calls, three P_s and three D_s. A uniform rank-distance/syzygy proof forces active PBQ relative transports to coincide and leaves every diagonal target with mod2 rank at most one, for all m>=2, orders and odd-denominator rank-one frames.

The package includes an all-nonzero m3 first-order witness, 272,160 complete normalized GL2 local cases, 1,621 zero-reduction cases, 39 independent full sparse group-ring checks and an arbitrary-GL(V) boundary counterexample. Normal/optimized registered and Git-free replay, source-history/committed-byte and nine-file explicit-input export checks pass. Root independently reviewed the proof; this is not human or proof-kernel acceptance.

No arbitrary-eight-call classification, native tariff, full supplier or new kappa. Credit PR5003 Krzysztof Wójt, PR4953 JoyboyBrian, Cinna Davis/PR2110 and the retained register-model lineage. Prepared by JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.
