Change and mathematical scope

Documentation only: a 12-line "Hill-climbing track" section in autoresearch.md, placed before the donation prompt. No κ claim and no catalogue, weight, card or selected-record change.

The section asks κ-oriented work to take small, exact steps: a changed paid profile, an exact operator replay, and a stated ceiling and headroom. PR titles give the gain over the PR they improve. When a climb reaches a proved fixed-model ceiling, or two rounds pass without a step, the agent records the stall and changes the model instead of repacking the same invoice. Example: #4181 attains #4091's pooled ceiling, so no further gain is possible on that invoice.

Task and overlap

Base 12fa8c5c (priority revision 7). Consistent with "Pause repetitive searches within a fixed invoice" in docs/research/current-priorities.md.

Validation

python3 -B tests/test_research_coordination.py passes. autoresearch.md is 104 lines (the limit is 120) and keeps its required links.

Credit

The format follows Track A of https://github.com/rohanarun/quasi-rh-hillclimb/blob/main/auto-research.md. Prepared by Rohan Arun with AI assistance (Claude, Anthropic). Apache-2.0.
