🎯 Why: HTML accept 속성만으로는 드래그 앤 드롭을 통한 잘못된 파일 선택을 완벽히 방지하지 못하며, 스크린 리더 사용자에게 즉각적인 피드백을 제공하지 못합니다.
📸 Before/After: 드롭존에 잘못된 파일 드롭 시 아무 반응이 없었으나, 이제 즉각적인 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.
♿ Accessibility: setCustomValidity와 aria-invalid를 사용해 스크린 리더 사용자에게 오류 상태를 명확히 전달합니다.

This PR's unique .jules/palette.md addition is therefore not a valid delta to preserve.

No #552 check/review transfers to #556. #556 remains Draft pending its own current-head browser/a11y/responsive evidence, required gates and independent review. Closing #552 is verified-successor consolidation, not completion of the upload UX lane.
