Section Roadmap의 코드 수정 컨트롤이 현재 화면에서 수정 불가능한 경우에도 이유를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 bounded accessibility slice입니다. Product truth는 protected develop@314ddeae7b775a4957594b599358c8255617eb2e; 이 PR은 canonical formatter prerequisite #1176 8fe6b6d99c009527ef0bcba419e6f6debdb23c23 위에 쌓인 Draft입니다.

Current contract

• chord edit trigger는 수정 불가능한 상태에서도 native disabled를 쓰지 않고 aria-disabled="true"로 focusability/discoverability를 유지합니다.
• activation boundary는 onSongUpdate 부재 시 fail closed하며 window.prompt나 update callback을 호출하지 않습니다.
• 기존 BandScope shared Base UI Tooltip은 sighted mouse/keyboard 사용자에게 보조 hint로만 사용합니다. 별도 tooltip primitive를 만들지 않습니다.
• unavailable reason은 Section Roadmap heading 아래에 한 번만 visible text로 표시하고 모든 unavailable chord trigger가 같은 localized description을 aria-describedby로 참조합니다. 따라서 touch/AT 사용자가 Tooltip 자체에 의존하지 않습니다.
• EN/KO unavailable copy는 실제 runtime signal인 onSongUpdate 부재보다 강한 원인을 추측하지 않습니다: Chord editing is not available in this view. / 이 화면에서는 코드를 수정할 수 없습니다.

RED → fix

f6822f7f2c010cbc162ad8201c234fc32e0ef0ea에서 native title 기반 구현을 shared Tooltip으로 옮기는 과정에 unavailable-control regression test가 제거됐고, 새 copy는 !onSongUpdate만으로는 입증할 수 없는 “analysis is running or no active project” 원인을 단정했습니다. 뒤의 zero-file descendant cb7eaeb6bbc4d4be7e460c59b94e85d346e83b45는 그 결함을 바꾸지 않았습니다.

6f2350776c1a49166027e7003461fbe10e8fcaf7에서 focused regression을 복구해 unavailable chord-edit trigger가 aria-disabled, non-native-disabled, keyboard-focusable이며 click-inert임을 고정했고, EN/KO copy를 화면 상태에만 근거한 문구로 교정했습니다.

Base UI Tooltip은 sighted mouse/keyboard용 보조 hint일 뿐 touch/screen-reader 사용자의 유일한 설명 경로가 될 수 없습니다. e93e77917e4d05097396b0602a815b626fd14d1f에서 aria-describedby source contract를 추가했고, f3220da107b00c6a43785639b60d797d0fe2c45c에서 설명을 roadmap-level visible text로 승격해 반복 카드마다 숨은 설명을 복제하지 않으면서 touch에서도 이유를 읽을 수 있게 했습니다. Focused regression은 visible localized reason, aria-describedby, focusability와 inert activation을 함께 고정합니다.

Intervening ordinary commit 89c313858243d2f10d1459c2004b0f8cd34e4c94는 shared Tooltip을 유지했지만 위 visible description과 aria-describedby, 회귀 테스트를 제거했고, onSongUpdate 부재만으로는 알 수 없는 “분석 진행 중 또는 활성 프로젝트 없음” 원인 문구를 다시 넣었습니다. 이는 mobile/accessibility 강화가 아니라 이전 acceptance의 실질적 회귀였습니다. 22ae12aaebf01b3b2ed98c27928536dce218a48d는 그 commit을 삭제하거나 force-rewrite하지 않고 ordinary descendant로 전체 tree를 f3220da...의 검증된 상태로 복구했습니다. f3220da... → 22ae12aa... compare의 final file delta는 0이며 intervening history는 보존됩니다.

Evidence / stack boundary

이 PR은 #1176 branch를 base로 하는 dependency stack입니다. Protected repository workflows ci, sbom, build-baseline 등은 pull_request target을 develop/main으로 제한하므로 현재 stacked base에서는 새 exact-head Actions generation이 생기지 않을 수 있습니다. 이를 no-op commit, synthetic status 또는 base 우회로 속이지 않습니다. #1176이 protected ancestry가 된 뒤 current protected develop로 ordinary/non-force reconcile/retarget하고 exact-head CI를 새로 획득해야 합니다.

FAIL. Touch-visible unavailable reason과 AT description source contract는 다시 보존됐지만, current-head browser pointer/touch/keyboard E2E, narrow/responsive layout, tooltip persistence/dismissal, Narrator/VoiceOver 실측 및 KO/EN/JA/ZH/VI/ES/DE/FR rendered acceptance가 남아 있습니다.

Keep Draft. #1176 protected integration → ordinary current-develop reconciliation/retarget → one unchanged exact head/base의 applicable repository/central checks terminal-success → valid findings 0 → qualifying independent non-author last-push review 순서를 지킵니다.
