✅ Verification: 모든 테스트 스위트가 정상적으로 통과되며 커버리지를 확인했습니다.

Verified-successor consolidation: this PR’s only valid product delta is narrowing the three interactive binary prompts from arbitrary digit strings to the documented 1/2 domain. #349@dea42befc5c5aaab619509d06f1b100064512d60 fully supersedes that behavior through the shared .read_binary_choice() boundary and stronger regressions covering exact 1/2 acceptance, invalid→valid retry, exhaustion, whitespace, oversized integer text, 3, 10, non-numeric and empty input, plus a wiring check across all three call sites. The generated tests/testthat/test_afipc_readline.R in this PR is a no-op (expect_true(TRUE) on both branches), so it adds no valid regression evidence. .jules/sentinel.md, .Rbuildignore churn and the CHANGELOG entry are not carried forward because they encode an unsubstantiated CRITICAL/DoS security classification rather than the verified local input-domain/correctness defect. Closing unmerged only because every valid semantic/test intent is already represented by #349; this does not transfer review or gate status from this PR to #349.
