- Fix library name: -llama → -lllama (cmake target produces libllama.a)\n- Add -Lbuild/src for cmake output location\n- Add -Iggml/include for ggml headers\n- CI: use CGO_ENABLED=0 to build with mock backend\n- CI: bump golangci-lint-action v6→v9 (Node 24 compat)
