- Perform deep dive analysis on Epic 1:
* Find 3 CRITICAL bugs preventing core gameplay:
- Bug #1: Integration test won't compile (parameter name mismatch)
- Bug #2: Resource inventory logic broken (returns unchanged economy)
- Bug #3: Type cast syntax error in main.dart
* Document 6 MEDIUM issues (incomplete features, technical debt)
* Create detailed EPIC-1-ISSUES.md with fix instructions and timeline
- Update project-status.md with:
* Real status: 16% complete (47/289 SP)
* Epic 1: ✅ Complete but ⚠️ Buggy (not production ready)
* 3 CRITICAL blockers that must be fixed
* Next steps: Bug fixes (1-2 hours), then start Epic 2
Architecture decision: Use BMAD V6 for scalable, AI+human-friendly documentation
that works with both developers and AI assistants (Claude Code).
This commit establishes the documentation foundation for the entire project
and provides transparency about Epic 1 status and required fixes.
