• keeps submission, automation, maintainer review, merge, pilot, and adoption claims distinct

Why

The previous log contained stale PR and response states, including a Cline macOS infrastructure failure that no longer applies after the fresh three-OS hosted run. Accurate evidence is part of the project's adoption and trust model.
