Extend instagram rules

As pointed out in #332, and in the comment by @jadeposting later on that thread, Instagram is now using a variety of "share id" parameters.

The only docu I found for this is cited below, although I don't know how this user found such info.

Instagram 450 ends copied post, reel and profile links in one pair whose key is four random lowercase letters and whose value is base64 of a short id. The fixed key list can't name it, so a shape rule takes it off Instagram hosts.

The code below just adds the most used recent tracking parameters added by Instagram.
