Remove o botão morto "Segurança" do dropdown do menu superior. A opção "Ajuda" (navega para /ajuda, mesmo destino da Ajuda no canto inferior esquerdo) já existia logo abaixo e passa a ocupar o lugar, sem duplicar. Remove o botão morto "Segurança" do dropdown do menu superior, que apontava para uma rota inexistente. A opção "Ajuda" — que já existia logo abaixo no mesmo dropdown e navega para /ajuda (mesmo destino da "Ajuda" no canto inferior esquerdo) — passa a ocupar o lugar da antiga "Segurança", sem duplicação. Adiciona um teste de unidade cobrindo os quatro critérios de aceite da PAV-108 (Segurança ausente, Ajuda presente, navegação para /ajuda). Nenhuma referência/rota morta de "Segurança" permanece no menu.
