The current npm publication stops at account authentication, which prevents users from installing the newer artifact and target-coverage features. Publish new immutable tagged packages through GitHub Releases without requiring an npm account: actual CLI tarball, SHA256 checksums, validated locked production SBOM, source manifest and required GitHub provenance.
The workflow binds the tag/package version and commit to a successful exact main repository verification and refuses to overwrite an existing release. It no longer attempts npm publication or treats failed SBOM/provenance as success. Earlier tags and the existing npm 0.1.0 stay intact.
Prepare source 0.1.4. npm-based generated templates now default to the actually public 0.1.0; the GitHub package and source build expose newer commands. Validation: 567 passing tests / one opt-in Docker skip, types/lint/build, actual local package allowlist and CycloneDX metadata. Public publication and installing the published artifact remain separate gates.
