Add opt-in coverage of declared CSV target records, so a delivery can fail when its existing lines are valid but an expected record has no matching line. Findings contain only target locations, and the old contract digest/default behavior, 100,000-cell capacity and 256-finding limits remain intact. Synthetic order coverage illustrates review, knowledge and operations adaptations without business execution.
Prepare a fresh 0.1.3 release with synchronized CLI/report/SARIF/template versions; preserve historical tags and existing npm0.1.0 guidance until public publication succeeds.
Validation: 567 tests passed, one opt-in Docker skipped; type-check, lint, build and package preview passed. Positive, missing-target, privacy, invalid-flag, capacity and legacy digest regressions included. No credentials, source fetching, broker or real business integration added.
