- Allow Python 3.15 (requires-python >=3.11,<3.16), add classifier, CI build matrices and installation docs. Default Python stays 3.14. - Relax version alignment test so .python-version may be any supported version rather than the newest one. - Bump uv 0.12.10 -> 0.13.0 across Makefile, make.ps1, pre-commit, workflows and docs. - Bump mypy 2.3.1 -> 2.4.0, zizmor 1.30.0 -> 1.30.1 and pinned actions (setup-uv, codeql-action, osv-scanner-action, upload/download-artifact). - Set package version to 2.1.11.
The tests invoked /usr/bin/env, which does not exist on Windows, so all four failed with FileNotFoundError on every Windows build. Locate bash on PATH instead, and add .gitattributes to keep shell scripts LF-terminated on Windows checkouts.
Four to_xlsx tests wrote and deleted the same trial.xlsx file. Under pytest-xdist they can run concurrently, so one test could delete the file another had just written, as seen in a macOS 3.14 build.
