Support keyboard shortcuts for timeline start/end navigation #2120
Description
Currently, there’s no way to jump to the start or end of the timeline using the keyboard.
In video editors like DaVinci Resolve, a common pattern is:
- Up arrow: jump to the start of the timeline.
- Down arrow: jump to the end of the timeline.
It would be great to support a similar keyboard shortcut in Cap for faster timeline navigation
