• bump to 0.3.3

What this changes

version = "0.3.3" in Cargo.toml.

Why

The v0.3.2 tag was pushed on b88e1e0, before the README rewrite and the edition move landed, and its release run was cancelled before publishing. Nothing was uploaded, but the tag cannot be moved from here, so the next release is 0.3.3 from the tip of master, which carries everything.

How it was verified

• cargo test passes
• cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings is clean
• Ran cuda_parity on a GPU
• Trained an example in --release
• No GPU here, CUDA side not runtime tested

Version only. cargo check passes.
