Authentication with Azure Entra ID and Authentik #417

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Rework the authentication to allow for user, and service authentication through an OIDC provider first Azure Entra ID and Authentik. This will allow for managing playbooks, executing playbooks and giving reader access to SOARCA. Authentication should only be available when HTTPS is enabled and valid certificates are issued.

The feature thus includes:

• User authentication
• Token/Service authentication through the OIDC provider
• Adding roles of at least SOARCA.admin, Playbook.Trigger, Playbook.Writer, Playbook.Reader
• No self managed/build-in user management

Describe the solution you'd like
A new integrated authentication library in SOARCA and drop GAUTH.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Extending GAUTH with the functions.
