Many attributes cannot be added to skeleton links via the highway project coding spreadsheet, which can make performance of some tasks difficult. For example, the Master Freight Network uses highway links with MESO flag equal to 1; however, when creating future networks, some MESO links are deleted or replaced by project coding that should carry over this information.
Add the following columns to the coding spreadsheet, and incorporate them into tool processing:
