What
Correct the companion purge maintainer script to match the reconciler's FCC tier contract, and fix test 9's incorrectly placed fixtures.
Why
The old postrm scanned the multiarch package tier and recognized the wrong available path, leaving admin-tier symlinks behind.
Verification
Ran
bash packaging/ci/test-companion-chroot.shtwice locally with Podman: 35 passed, 0 failed each run.Risks
Targeted shell-only packaging fix; foreign real files and unrelated symlinks remain untouched.
