新增 Exp. 05 The Compute Ledger，直达 https://brickerp.github.io/ai-usage-report/ ，并保留源码与方法说明链接。文案描述 daily tokens、cache reuse、estimated costs、model history 和 source freshness，不硬编码会过期的用量数字。沿用现有卡片和手绘风格；私有项目与 Contact 顺延，公开项目保持成对布局，private 全宽。
现有校验同步六组笔迹、编号和发布入口；Ledger 链接通过实际 heading href 与 canonical URL 完全相等校验，避免子串匹配接受伪地址。
远端验证：https://github.com/BrickerP/BrickerP.github.io/actions/runs/41190780574 。Build、Linux/macOS seam、Quality gate、CodeQL/Analyze 全部通过；已处理相关评审线程。原有非阻塞完整 Browser QA 尚在运行。从远端构建产物核对了1280px/390px新卡片布局与canonical链接。未本地编译或运行测试。
