Second GUI test slice. Show-ConfigWindow.ps1 and MainWindow-Deployment.ps1 contain functions that only shape data, mixed in with the dialog code: - which sections a saved config offers (Get-AvailableImportExportCategories) - the deployment summary string, with all its user/scope/option branches - the per-category detail strings and count pluralization - parsing the saved app list (trim, drop empties) None touch WPF. The files declare WPF types on other functions' parameters, but PowerShell resolves those at call time, so the files dot-source and these functions run with no WPF loaded and no UI thread, which keeps them working under the pwsh unit job. Wired into test.yml.
