Document where the unelevated -Verify test can run - #77

refuses to verify without elevation only runs in an unelevated session, and both the CI runner and Windows Sandbox are elevated, so it never ran. Say that a workstation run of the ReadOnly tag is where it executes. Run that way it passes, which completes coverage of the integration suite: every test has now passed at least once.

refuses to verify without elevationis skipped when elevated, and CI and Windows Sandbox are both elevated, so it had never run. Ran theReadOnlytag from an unelevated workstation session: it passes (Winnow stops at the admin check with no UAC prompt, since input is redirected). With the Sandbox run (30 passed), every integration test has now passed at least once.README now says to run the
ReadOnlytag unelevated too. Docs only.
