Max, is it possible to test this change...and if it's likely an improvement, get this into CI ASAP for testing and the "Test" environ deployment?
For BTE's MVP2, I'd like to remove the use of the template
Chem-physically_interacts-Gene.jsonbecause it's too general and doesn't account for the directional aspect of the queries. It was originally there as a "last resort" for BTE to use if none of the other templates returned results. But now that shepherd-BTE runs all templates, I think it'd be better to remove this.
