Benchmark request-time distributions

Summary

• define 25 distinct requests for each KEGG operation in a shared case file
• keep every timing and plot request-time distributions for all four clients
• run the Julia benchmark in CI and report regressions without failing the job
• replace the machine-specific plotting notebook with reproducible scripts

Testing

• ran all benchmark cases: 200 each for KEGGAPI.jl and curl, 175 each for KEGGREST and Bio.KEGG.REST, which do not support DDI
• regenerated benchmark_compare.csv, benchmark.svg, and benchmark.png
• Pkg.test(): 193 passed
• Runic, Python, R, and shell syntax checks passed
