PR #1523 also adds SPM support, with a focus on making permission configuration as seamless as possible.

The key difference from other approaches: Package.swift auto-detects which permissions to enable by reading the app's Info.plist. Since adding a usage description key (e.g. NSCameraUsageDescription) is already required for any permission to work at runtime, no extra configuration file or terminal commands are needed. The only step after adding or removing a key is clearing DerivedData once so Xcode re-evaluates the manifest:

rm -rf ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData

CocoaPods support is fully preserved with no changes required from existing users.
