This PR adds an update QTimer to RunWidget which allows the motion group list box reflect the active status of all motion groups.

• RMObject.replace_rm : Forcibly terminate a motion group that does not fully connect during initialization.
• RMObject.run : Forcibly terminate a motion group that does not fully connect during a run/restart.
• RunWidget.update_display_mg_list
  • Add unique cases (and icons) for motion group states terminated and not connected.
  • Add kwarg rewrite (default True). If True, then the list box contents will be fully re-written. If False, then the routine will try to just update current list box contents. The latter is needed, since the item selection state gets reset every time the list box is re-populated. If the update timer always re-populated, then the user could not select a motion group to configure.
• RunWidget.update_display_timer
  • Created attributer update_display_timer (QTimer instance) that requests a refresh of the motion group list box every 500 ms.
  • Created @Slot _handle_update_display_timer, which is connected to update_display_timer.timeout. It initiates the motion group list box update.
  • The timer automatically starts when RunWidget is initialized.
• ConfigureGUI
  • The RunWidget timer is stopped whenever the stack widget loses focus on RunWidget.
  • The RunWidget timer is started whenever the stack widget regains focus on RunWidget.
