Bump the v3 package to 3.5.2 and update the uuid dependency to 13.0.2. Because uuid 13 is ESM-only for older Node.js CommonJS require paths, narrow the unit test matrix to Node 20, 22, and 24. Co-authored-by: Tsuyoshi Ushio <tsushi@microsoft.com> Co-authored-by: Dobby <dobby@microsoft.com>
