Pull request overview
This PR updates the GitHub policy automation (.github/policies/resourceManagement.yml) to remove auto-assignment/review/notification entries for colleagues who have left the team, keeping PR/issue triage routing current.
Changes:
- Removed
requestReviewentries for several former team members across multiple service-routing rules. - Removed
assignToentries (and someaddReplynotifications) that referenced those former aliases. - Simplified a number of service-specific rules so they no longer mention departed reviewers/assignees.

There is a pipeline to automatically build, upload and publish extension wheels.
Once your pull request is merged into main branch, a new pull request will be created to update
src/index.jsonautomatically.You only need to update the version information in file setup.py and historical information in file HISTORY.rst in your PR but do not modify
src/index.json.
