What changed in this PR
Adds selective historical loading for the agentless SAP connector, supporting initial loads and recovery after collection failures through the existing SAP Integration Suite endpoint.
Changes:
- Adds sequential backfill requests with configurable time slices, load controls, and CSV results.
- Provides a launcher with saved settings and environment-variable overrides.
- Documents gap detection, recovery, sizing, and duplicate-ingestion risks.
