impact: two javascript file:line checks in tests/run.py fail on 0.1.8 #1752

Symptom: on the current 0.1.8 branch, python3 tests/run.py --lang javascript ends 202 of 204 check(s) passed in 26 case(s) - 2 FAILED. Both failures are impact <file>:<line> answers:

• javascript/field-initializer-is-a-sibling: impact src/app.js:32 answers change: field ObjLit.cfg [field] with 22 [alongside] rows; the check expects change: run (at src/app.js:32) (the callable written inside the initializer).
• javascript/wrapped-handler-route: impact src/routes/other.js:2 answers change: const listAdmins (at src/routes/other.js:2) [field]; the check expects const listAdmins [field].

Repro: build the engine from 0.1.8, then AXIOMCODE_ENGINE=$PWD python3 tests/run.py --lang javascript.

Expected: 204/204. Actual: 202/204, the same on a branch that changes only the JavaScript parser.
