• Add a hermes-tweet-signal skill for read-only X/Twitter signal briefs through an installed Hermes Tweet plugin.

Independent Repository Fix

The removal of academic-slides left stale README entries, setup instructions, install loops, and directory-tree entries that still advertised or installed a missing skill. This commit removes every stale reference, reconciles all indexes and install loops with the 27 current skill directories, and adds the missing changelog entry.

The independent fix removes every stale academic-slides reference after its directory deletion and reconciles README, CLIENT_SETUP, 6 install loops, the directory tree, and the changelog with all 27 current skill directories. Hermes Tweet tool names and public URLs were reverified, and git diff check passes.
