Dev-mode ticket calculator for the trip-pattern test rig:
Adds owned ticket simulator, which simulates the ticket a user may have, along with possible zones, single/24h/period ticket, and remaining minutes. For each trip in the results it estimates which/how many tickets a traveller must buy, and whether a 24-hour ticket is the better deal. This supports validating the sales ticket-recommendation system against real journeys. It's shown per-trip behind a new "Ticket plan" view toggle (alongside the existing "Inspector" toggle).
Adds zone connection and pricing rule for AtB.
