Bump qs to 6.16.1 in web to fix Dependabot alert - #345

qs 6.16.0 lets qs.stringify with arrayFormat 'comma' throw an uncaught TypeError. The only copy in web/ is a dev dependency pulled in through shadcn, @modelcontextprotocol/sdk, express, and body-parser, and both parent ranges already allow 6.16.1, so this is a lockfile-only update with no override. Fixes the open Dependabot alert for
qsinweb/package-lock.json. Versions 6.7.0 through 6.16.0 letqs.stringifywitharrayFormat: 'comma'throw an uncaught TypeError, which can crash a process. 6.16.1 is the fix.What changed
