feat(ui): tidy the Home Get started list - #20

Conversation
Reorders the Home "Get started" list so Browse models sits second, right after Start recording, and removes the hardcoded changelog section along with its now-unused styles.
Adds a compact link row under the Get started list where the changelog used to be. Both links open in the system browser through the Wails runtime instead of navigating the app webview.
Both Home links shared the same anchor, external-link icon, and system-browser click handling. Pulling that into one component keeps the pair in sync and makes the link row read at a glance.

What
Small Home-screen tweaks:
Why
The changelog was hardcoded in the UI, so it went stale the moment it shipped and had to be hand-edited every release. Pointing at the real release notes keeps it accurate for free. Browse models is the action new users need earliest, so it sits higher in the list now.
Notes
