test: cover agent.loop LabAgent conversation wrapper - #23

agent/loop.py had no test coverage. Add 8 hermetic tests (run_query is monkeypatched, no LLM calls) covering context wiring, the optional memory-store fallback, and how TextDelta / TurnComplete / ErrorEvent events are joined into the reply (0% -> 100% coverage).
