publication. Published metadata reported `draft: false`, `prerelease: true`, and `immutable: true`;
the tag resolves to the verifier commit.

The restore used a new remote clone at the verifier commit and a fresh pinned dependency install.
The archive was downloaded anonymously. Its 555 files were relative regular entries with
normalized ownership and no links or special files. Archive and manifest hashes matched this
