[Bug] The Zoom for the Grid View and the Complex Block View zoom to corner

Currently, the zoom regions are zooming to the corner since it is tricky to maintain the offsets in the scroll regions. I think it would be a good idea to make a custom struct / function which manages the panning and zoom within these regions.
