Reset the AppConfigure cache after every sandboxed test - #141
The SaaS main check for fc795ae3 failed one test: ai_gateway_controller_test.exs:809 (web_fetch allows private-network URLs by default) got 400 invalid_urls.
The global AppConfigure cache key has no tenant, and an entry lives for five seconds. turn_envelope_test.exs and lark_cardkit_image_resolver_test.exs set the global security.ssrf_filter to true. The sandbox rollback removes the row but not the cache entry, so a test that runs next in random order reads true. Local repro: the web_fetch test passes alone and fails every time after turn_envelope_test.exs:96 with --seed 0.
What
DataCase.setup_sandbox clears the AppConfigure cache when each test exits, in both the sandbox and the sandbox: false clauses.
Remove 118 per-test cache clears in setup and on_exit that this supersedes, and the Cache aliases that became unused.
Keep the clears that a test needs in its body: reloads in the middle of a test, the cold-cache Library test, cleanup of committed rows in app_configure_test.exs, the async acceptance test, test helpers, and clears of other caches.
The 4 clears in internals/ are not changed.
Validation
The repro pair passes with the change.
FOSS full mix test: 5222 passed, 22 excluded.
SaaS full mix test test ../../internals/control_plane/test (internals c8a5add): 4974 passed, 27 excluded.
After those runs, I removed four alias Ankole.AppConfigure lines that became unused and the blank lines left by alias removal. The affected files pass and have no warnings.
Version 2.1.0-alpha.5 includes internal changes only; no user-facing behavior has changed.
Updated automated test setup and cleanup across the application. Cache cleanup is now handled at the shared test-support level in applicable cases, while other tests continue to clear configuration registries as needed.
The global AppConfigure cache is shared by all tenants and keeps an entry
for five seconds. A test that wrote a global key, such as
security.ssrf_filter, leaked the value to the next test after the sandbox
rolled back. This made the AIGateway web_fetch private-network test fail
when it ran after the turn envelope test.
DataCase.setup_sandbox now clears the cache when each test exits. Remove
the per-test setup and on_exit cache clears that this supersedes. Keep the
clears that a test needs in its body.

Test suites remove many app-configuration cache resets while retaining registry cleanup in applicable setups. Shared sandbox teardown now clears the cache in two paths. The changelog adds an entry for version 2.1.0-alpha.5.
These test suites remove app-configuration cache clears from setup or cleanup. Several suites continue to clear the app-configuration registry.
